 [ Feature and Instruction ] ˇ§Glossy Varnishˇ¨ (also known as protective coating) is used at the final coating stage. Glossy Varnish will not be needed before all the decoupage and painting processes are completed. Sustain the temperature difference significantly, anti-moisture, with elasticity, soft, UV protection, etc. On the other hand, solid, as the name suggests, refers to anti-rubs, inelastic, brittle, alcohol resistant, etc. This product can be applied to hardwood, bamboo, stone, wall, or other hard debris which needs the protection by the features of high tension. The product can sustain the temperature difference, anti-moisture and anti-UV, on surface. The exterior of object will present in glossy and smooth state after drying. It can be able to bear the exposure to the sun and rain. Also, can use "400~2500 fine abrasive sheet" to rub the object gradually and polish according to the smooth needs on surface. "Color masterbatch, Gorgeous or Glitter powder" can be added for color-mix purpose during the coating process. Please note that the percentage of color masterbatch should not be over 30% and gorgeous paint should be under 1% in total. The recommended drying time is 72 hours in room temperature. Please keep the distance in at least 15cm from the object when use a hair dryer. Do not set the dryer to high speed heating as it might cause the bumps on coating surface. Set oven to under 50 degree Celsius for drying. [ Demo Video ] |
